i was dreading cure majesty bc i was so worried that it was gonna be elle chan but aged up. it looks like i was right to dread it.
but maybe not, who knows. her design is great at least.

at least she seems to be a "SHAZAM!" deal instead of "stays permanently aged up"

Too bad, but this gem you called "piece of shit" is one of the best kid's show in Japan. Lots of merchandise, regular 1 or 2 movie(s) every year, and referenced by many animes (Gintama, Summertime Render, Uramichi, etc) as everyone's strong magical girl dream. It's pretty unique coz it's not all beams and flashes, they have spectacular physical fight(s) rarely shown from your typical magical girl.

Don't judge everything with narrow-minded, shonen cliche standards.

I would be more impressed if they said it was something weirder like, they said Majesty is basically "elle's imaginary friend (vision of what she wishes she could be when she grows up) and becomes real to fight"

Cure Majesty is definitely Minoton.

The episode went from 0 to 100 real quick
was expecting for the group to just brute force the way save Elle-chan but get shot/lose badly, good thing Elle-chan final transform into Cure Majesty (similar to Cure Passion/Beat) leaving immediately after the episode.
villain's were not surprised by Elle/Majesty reveal more like they were expecting it to happen.

next episode will be Minoton last with a tradition of there's gonna be brainwashing(?) involved
